Beth Parsons, LMSW-ACP, along with the Honorable Linda Chew, founded the Children's Justice Center. She has a wide background as a clinical social worker and and in psychotherapy, and has served as Program Director for the Therapeutic Homes Program for El Paso Chenter for Children. She has been recognized as an expert in matters relating to the pathology of child abuse, rehabilitation, and the delivery of services to adolescents and young children. In addition to testifying before State and Federal Courts, she has assisted attorneys in developing strategies of representation of children.
